Attention all talent leaders: If you’ve found success navigating the always evolving and shifting world of work, we want you to share your story at Talent Connect 2025.
We’re looking for talent and recruitment leaders who have tackled the big issues of the day — including AI readiness, change management, skills transformation, and more — and turned their hopeful vision into an inspiring reality.
Talent Connect is LinkedIn’s annual gathering at which industry leaders come together to co-create the future of work and share insights, best practices, and success stories.
The event, which will take place the week of October 20 at the Marriott Marquis in San Diego, California, features both an in-person Summit for invited industry leaders and an online broadcast that’s viewed by tens of thousands of talent and HR professionals around the world.
Speakers will lead breakout sessions where participants will tackle the most pressing issues facing talent and recruitment leaders today. Presentations will take place in various formats, including talks, workshops, and fireside chats to provoke thoughtful conversations. We’re also hoping to find speakers who thrive in front of a camera and can meaningfully engage with the global audience that tunes in for our virtual broadcast.
