PAB Languages REC business partner & SEMA4 offer REC members a chance to attend a seminar in Nottingham 28th March 2018 on the Impact of cultural differences can have on businesses that trade abroad or have a diverse workforce
This seminar is ideal for:
• Companies that value their employees, and want to support those from diverse backgrounds to reach their potential • Businesses exporting that would like to develop better practices and position within their marketplace for increased profits • Businesses that are considering exporting and would like to learn best practice before they take the leap
Understanding culture and respecting the role it plays within your company and staff or with your clients and customers within foreign markets is vital, it can define whether you succeed or fail. Aspects such as HR and Marketing are also business critical and will impact the success of your business.
